Tips & Techniques

Tip 1: Optimising Stress Analysis Calculations in Autodesk Inventor 2010

This video presentation explains a couple of techniques to optimise your assembly designs when using the Stress Analysis module that can be found in the Inventor Simulation 2010 and Inventor Professional 2010 products. View it now.

Tip 2: Overkill Can Be a Good Thing

The Express Tool called Overkill has been part of AutoCAD for years and years and can work wonders if your file is full of duplicate objects. In this week's AutoCAD video tip from Cadalyst, Autodesk Technical Evangelist Lynn Allen guides you through the steps toward a cleaner drawing. Check it out now.

Tip 3: A PDF Wish Comes True!

Going from AutoCAD DWG to PDF has never been easier, thanks to improvements in version 2010. This capability should make it easier when dealing with others who don't have AutoCAD and insist in dealing with PDFs. Find out how.
