Autodesk has announced two new directors for the ANZ and ASEAN regions respectively. This new structure recognises the differences in these regions, and the focused leadership will cater to each region’s unique business requirements.

Sivadas Ramadas is the newly appointed Regional Director for ASEAN. Siva brings a wealth of experience to this newly created position. In addition to his successful career at Autodesk as Strategic Sales Director, SEAPAC, he spent 13 years at Compaq/HP, where his final position was Vice President, Corporate Sales-Personal Systems Group for Asia Pacific and Japan. In addition, he has extensive management experience covering ASEAN sales and operations, channel development and management, systems integrators, consulting and product marketing.

Frank Sgammotta is the newly appointed Regional Director for ANZ. Frank’s strength in team and people management backed by over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, combined with his passion for the business made him the natural choice for this position.
Prior to this, Frank was the sales development director for the South Asia-Pacific region which covered ANZ, ASEAN and the SAARC regions. Before joining Autodesk in late 1999, Frank spent 11 years at NEC Corporation as the ANZ sales manager for the computer division.
