Be drawn to this very special event
|
The morning of this not to be missed event will focus
on key strategic issues facing Australian industries at
a time of global political, economic and environmental
change. The design, engineering, and manufacturing
industries in Australia are all impacted by these issues
and by the response of business and government.
Keynote speakers from Federal and State
Governments, Engineers Australia and Autodesk will
address topics including innovation, skills training,
design productivity, sustainability and competitiveness
in the current economic environment.
See how to gain the competitive edge
The Architecture, Engineering and Construction
industry stream in the afternoon will showcase how
new versions of 2D and 3D Autodesk products
and solutions offer greater collaboration, advanced
analysis, scheduling and visualisation.
With Building Information Modelling (BIM), structural
engineers, architects, MEP engineers, and civil
engineers can share more reliable information to
better predict a structure's outcome-before it's built.
By bridging communication between extended design
and construction teams using digital modelling, you
can now integrate design, analysis, and construction
documentation with far greater ease.

2010—and tighter integration with other Autodesk
architecture & structural software—provide a more
productive, cost-effective solution to your business
challenges.
Hear how PDC Consultants have been at the forefront
in using BIM for design, analysis, clash detection and
scheduling on large complex projects. You will see
