How EDI works
Utilising our EDI Exchange, the Pacific Commerce Exchange (PCX) we electronically connect you directly to Aldi. Then, when Aldi raises a purchase order with you, it is electronically translated through our EDI services into the format required by your ERP system, eliminating manual data entry and associated errors.
Once the order has been accepted by you, your invoice, ASN and any additional documents are sent through our EDI Exchange (the PCX) to Aldi's format of choice for their ERP system, enabling quick and accurate tracking of orders, invoices and stock levels.
All additional data can also be sent and translated through our services if required.
